I’ve spent my life in high-performance environments, first as an elite athlete, now across media, coaching, education and entrepreneurship. Whether I’m court-side, in the studio or behind the mic, I bring sharp insight, genuine curiosity and a strong voice to everything I do.

Now based on the Surf Coast, I’m grounded by community, fuelled by purpose and inspired by the power of sport to connect people and drive meaningful change.

From grassroots to elite, I’ve worn many hats, blending lived experience with leadership to help others grow, perform and lead with clarity. I’m passionate about working with current and emerging leaders in both sport and the corporate space, people who challenge the norm, empower others and create lasting impact.

Whether I’m coaching, commentating, facilitating or hosting, I’m all about real connection, purposeful outcomes and making every moment count.
